Overnight Oats 101 - The EASIEST breakfast for on the go!

Hey, pumpkins! Ok, so if you follow me on Instagram then you know my go-to breakfast is overnight oats. It's the easiest thing to make and you don't even need a stove for this one. Step 1: Grab 2-3 Mason Jars

Step: 2: Fill 1/2 the jar with oats + 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and mix.

Step 3: Add honey or peanut butter as you next base.

Step 4: Add non-dairy milk and pour it until it covers the fruit.

Step 5: Seal + place jars in the fridge for about 6-8 hours & enjoy!

Ingredients: Oatmeal, Chia Seeds, honey , Fruit (Bananas, blueberries, raspberries) , Peanut Butter , coconut flakes, almond flakes, & Non-dairy milk (Sweetened)

Recommended Fridge Time: 6-8 hours
